Because our stock is limited, we do not accept
online orders. You need to call us at 920-822-8174
or
email us if interested
in obtaining our pots.
Our stoneware is fired to 2350° farenheit, is
completely food safe and lead free. It will withstand
dishwashers, conventional ovens (not preheated)
and microwaves. It is not designed to withstand
thermal shock, direct flame, use on or in wood burning
stoves, or broiler use. To prevent thermal shock,
which may crack the piece, just run hot tap water
into the pot before adding boiling liquids or food.
Mugs have no problem directly recieving hot coffee,
tea or other hot beverages.
Each
item is individually thrown on a potter's wheel
and glaze fired in a gas kiln, making each piece
unique. Slight variations should be appreciated
as an inherent characteristic of hand made pottery.
Sizes may vary slightly from those listed on
our pages.
We
produce ware in our studio from March through
November. Special orders are primarily done
during March through May and in October and
November due to our committment to produce ware
for sale at the fairs. Mostly we have a good
supply of the pieces shown on these pages, but
sometimes we do not. Orders may take up to six
weeks to complete if we do not have an item
in stock.
Pottery pieces are available in any color combination seen on the various
items shown on these pages. Color variation is inherent to our firing process;
therefore the color of glazes may vary somewhat on individual pieces. The
colors represented below are typical, but each kiln fires differentltly and
each pot will have its own distinctive look. Please refer to the color chart
codes when ordering pottery.

We will be happy to email you a picture via email of the pottery you order prior to shipment.
It is rare for pieces to be damaged in transport.
However, in the event the item you receive is damaged in transport we will send a similar piece.
Our return policy is as follows. You must return the broken pottery. We do
not accept returned pieces COD. When we send the replacement pottery, we will
reimburse you for only the shipping costs incurred by you in returning the
broken pottery that equal what it cost us to ship the pot to you initially.
We do not accept credit cards.
Please send us a check or money order when ordering.
It is best to email
or phone us to make sure the item you want to purchase
is in stock prior to placing an order. Our pottery
can be shipped anywhere.
We ship using the US Post
Office.
Shipping charges are calculated based on
package weight and destination. The cost for shipping usually adds approximately 30% to your order.
